How to Raise a Complaint with Smokeharm Heating & Air

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Smokeharm Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Smokeharm Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please remember that Smokeharm Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@smokeharm.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
